Our Beginning

GPW’s founding Members Tom White, Joel Persky, and Ted Goldberg began working together in the 1970’s to represent workers injured by the asbestos industry. Thousands of internal asbestos company documents were acquired dating back to the late 1920’s that demonstrated manufacturer knowledge of the hazards of asbestos.

1989

Nationally Recognized

Became a nationally recognized leader in Mesothelioma litigation. Offices expanded with over 100 attorneys and staff to represent asbestos victims throughout Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
