Attorney Lane A. Clack is a shareholder and member of the firm's executive management committee at Goldberg, Persky & White, P.C. Mr. Clack graduated from Aquinas College in 1982 and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1985. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, Pennsylvania, the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Thousands of asbestos victims and their families have benefited from Mr. Clack’s litigation experience. Since 1986, he has prepared thousands of cases for trial and is regarded as the preeminent expert on asbestos litigation in Michigan.

David P. Chervenick is a shareholder at the Firm and is also a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Chervenick manages the Firm's West Virginia asbestos litigation and is also involved in Pennsylvania asbestos litigation as well as in the Firm's personal injury practice where he handles cases for victims who have been seriously injured by medical negligence, harmful drugs, toxic substances, car accidents, slip and falls and harmful products.

Bruce E. Mattock is a shareholder and member of the firm's executive management committee at Goldberg Persky & White, P.C., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Mattock is a 1981 graduate of King's College in Wilkes-Barre (cum laude) and a 1984 graduate of Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
